Breakfast: Carrot Cake Oatmeal
Recipe:
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 cup of nondairy milk
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of allspice
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup
- 2 tbsp of shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts

Lunch : Tofu and Pesto Sandwich
Recipe:
- 4 tablespoons of pesto
- 4 slices of tomatoes
- 4 butter lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of french bread
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 block of tofu

Dinner: Creamy Garlic Pasta with Roasted Tomatoes
Recipe:
- 8 large cloves of garlic
-3 cups of grape tomatoes
- 10 oz pasta
- 3 tbsp of flour
- 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 2 1/2 cups of almond breeze
